Parish Database

The Parish holds a limited amount of personal information about parishioners on a protected computer in the Parish Office. The information held on the database is invaluable for undertaking pastoral and administrative work within the Parish.

Information in the database is held confidentially and no personal details concerning parishioners leaves the Parish.  Access to the database is restricted to the Parish Priest, Parish Deacon and the Parish Secretary.

We are required under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to gain the consent of parishioners and to ensure that the information held is accurate and kept up to date.  This we do through the New Parishioner’s Form which is completed on first joining the Parish and through periodic updating exercises. If you wish to see what information is held on you and/or your family, you should contact Fr Behr in the first instance.
